Our Tours

Iceland Unplugged specialises in private tours for premium customers. We combine visits to all the "must see" spots in Iceland with some of our less visited, personal favourites. Hot springs, cold waterfalls, black beaches and white glaciers, customised based on your personal interests.
We are fully licensed to do glacier hikes and are in general specialists when it comes to nature and outdoor activities. That being said, we know all the best restaurants in town as well, and can arrange luxury accommodation if requested.

Our base price for a private day-tour with up to four people ranges from USD 1500 including a top quality quide, luxury 4x4 vehicle, fuel and surprisingly good refreshments. Get in touch if you want us to create the trip of your lifetime.

Special expeditions

Split-boarding or mountain skiing in May, mountain biking single-track trails in August, a mid-summer motorcycle trip in July, a Land Rover convoy across the highlands in September. These are some of our special expeditions that we offer to a limited number of participants, at special times of the year.

PRIVATE tours

Iceland has an incredible variety of landscapes, activities and accommodation to offer. We specialise in creating private, customised tours for individuals, families and groups of people who want only the best of what our country has to offer. Let us create a five star journey for you in Iceland.

From Punk To Politics.

An exclusive and private tour of central Reykjavik with our former mayor; comedian, writer and living legend Jon Gnarr. Based loosely on his own life and journey, from a young "punk" hanging out at the main bus station in Reykjavik, to being mayor of the city.
